Base package includes the following-
TPA-MXT575, 2 piece pack frame
M4-0.8 x 8mm socket head screws- 4, these mounting screws are the appropriate length to avoid damaging the radio's internals. Not to be installed without TPA pack frame.
RF PnP Package, PL-TNC/RA2 consists of the following components-
PL-259 to BNC female, straight adapter- 1
BNC right angle to TNC female bulkhead, terminated to RG58C/U, 1ft- 1
TNC male to BNC Female adapter- 1
Relocation mount with hardware- 1
The TPA pack frame is a 2 piece frame that is secured to the radio via 4, side chassis mounts. The frame is CNC laser cut from 5052 aluminum and powder coated with a matte black finish. The TPA provides protection to the radio body and control head with a wrap around design while allowing access to all controls.
*There are 4 chassis mounts located under the circular black plastic covers on either side of the radio body, 2 per side. These are adhesive backed covers that will be removed before installation. The already exposed single chassis mount, per side, is not utilized with the TPA. Please refer to the above photos for a visual.
*The TPA-MXT575 is not compatible with the mobile mounting bracket included with the Midland MXT575.
