This is a blemished unit. The unit you will receive may have a more or less pronounced blemish; the photos below are a close approximation. The blemish causes a slight outward protrusion in that area instead of a smooth radius.
The blemish is located at the top of the TPA, logo side, situated on the left, as viewed from the side, in the handle area where the frame is formed. This was due to a misplaced tab location during the cut sequence and doesn’t affect the structural integrity of the TPA. Please reveiw the photos for a visual.

M2.6-0.45 x 8mm socket head screws- 8, these mounting screws are the appropriate length to avoid damaging the radio's internals. Not to be installed without TPA pack frame.
The TPA pack frame is a 2 piece frame that is secured to the radio via 8, side chassis mounts. The frame is CNC laser cut from 5052 aluminum and powder coated with a matte black finish. The TPA provides protection to the radio body and control head with a wrap around design while allowing access to all controls. The TTP-6000 was designed to be as short as possible.
